Alpine Cabins - General Information

General Information

Reservation Information:

All reservations require a credit card to hold the cabin and a deposit of 50% of the total stay, payable by credit card, check, or money order within 10 days of making a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival and payable by cash, money order, Traveler's Checks, or credit card. A two night minimum stay policy is in effect except for peak season when a longer stay may be required.

Cancellation Policy:

14 days or more in advance - full refund of deposit
8-13 days - deposit amount forfeited or an alternate date may be chosen with a rescheduling fee of 10% of total stay
7 days or less - deposit amount forfeited
No refunds for early departures

Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome with a one time $25.00 fee per pet per visit.

Flatware & Knives	Pots and Pans

All cabins have charcoal grills, Charcoal is not provided.
Guests staying more than 7 days will have their sheets and towels changed.

Miscellaneous Information:

We are open year round.
The month of October and Holidays are the most popular. Reservations for these times should be made as far in advance as possible.
Union County is a dry county. Alcohol is available in neighboring counties or you can bring your own.
Video tapes (Movies) are available in the office for free viewing during your stay.
